They will help ensure that the park remains an inspiring and accessible space for artists, the public, and partners, while respecting the organization&#8217;s ecological values. They will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the flower beds. During the two weeks of the festival, they will participate in certain installation tasks and also ensure the cleanliness and good condition of temporary sculpture sites throughout the event.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main Tasks:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Outdoor Space Maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure regular maintenance of gardens, trails, rest areas, and park infrastructure, including flower beds: lawn mowing, edge trimming, pruning, planting, etc.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the cleanliness of the premises and waste management, respecting eco-responsible practices.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain outdoor equipment (furniture, structures, tools) in good working condition.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and empty recycling, compost, and waste systems, in line with sustainable residual materials management principles.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Green Space Care:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain plantings, lawns, and other landscape elements alone or in collaboration with volunteers or specialized partners, if necessary.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal work (planting, pruning, winter maintenance, etc.).<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the planning and coordination of park developments, including, as needed, the <strong>new Agora<\/strong> project.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Green Brigade and Ecological Awareness:<\/strong><br\/><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apply and promote good eco-environmental practices among festival-goers: raising awareness of ecological practices, monitoring and support for waste sorting.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of temporary sculpture sites throughout the festival.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Event Logistics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare outdoor spaces for activities or events, particularly the <em>Pour la suite du monde<\/em> festival.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install and dismantle temporary infrastructure needed for events (tents, furniture, signage, etc.).<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the team on logistics and site preparation before, during, and after events.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Safety and Maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct regular inspections to identify repair or maintenance needs and report any issues to management.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental practices in all activities.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the safety of spaces for visitors, artists, and teams.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Team Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with management and partners to integrate eco-design principles into maintenance activities.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide logistical or technical support for any other related tasks connected to the park.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Start date<\/strong>: June 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>: Be eligible for Employment Canada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condition: &#8211; Be 15 years of age and under 30 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salary<\/strong>: to be discussed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schedule<\/strong>: 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility required for events or seasonal activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workplace<\/strong>: Espace Despr\u00e9s, Sutton.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language skills<\/strong>: French required (oral and written), functional English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>&gt;
