At the invitation of Anne-Marie Lavigne, the artists of Collectif Vivace first gathered last fall at the Sutton School of Art to present an initial collective exhibition. Today, they meet in the meadow at DesPrés to create Liturgie vivante, an in situ installation that draws from the movements of nature, its rhythms, its dreams, and its infinite capacity to create bonds. The work invites the public to take part in an experience of presence and interconnection, listening to the discreet forces that traverse the landscape. A celebration of the living as a space for freedom, relationship, and invention.

Biography

Héloïse Audy
A textile artist and teacher, Héloïse Audy develops a practice blending weaving, basketry, and sculpture. Her works explore the links between materials, gestures, territories, and craftsmanship.

Pascale Bussières
An actress and visual artist, Pascale Bussières explores photography, cyanotype, textiles, and sculpture. Her approach creates a sensitive dialogue between materials, forms, and memory.

Jean-François Casabonne
An actor, writer, singer-songwriter, and sculptor, Jean-François Casabonne maintains a relationship of wonder with the mineral world. His artistic practice is part of a continuous dialogue with nature.

Sarah Cobb
A multidisciplinary artist based in Abercorn, Sarah Cobb explores sculpture through bronze, plaster, and wax. Her work questions memory, traces, and the continuity of the living.

Jacinthe De Guire
A visual artist and curator at the Montreal Bureau of Design, Jacinthe De Guire develops an intuitive practice where material, texture, and gesture open up spaces for contemplation.

Audrey Murray
Audrey develops an artistic practice centered around the herbarium to explore our relationship with the living world. Featured in several exhibitions in Quebec, she also pursues a career as an executive and is actively involved in the cultural and economic sectors.
