To celebrate the end of summer and the earth’s generosity, about ten chefs from Sutton—joined by Lysanne O’Bomsawin from Odanak—invite you to a grand culinary celebration centered on squash, that sunny, nourishing vegetable.
Each in their own way, the chefs offer you an original creation showcasing squash: grilled, stuffed, in soup, in dessert, or completely reinvented… a round of local, bold, and comforting flavors!
Music, conviviality, local products, and a large communal table under the trees: squash becomes the perfect excuse to celebrate together, with family, friends, or neighbors.
